This partnership allows us to optimize and streamline our own operations as well as those of our franchisees. Having partners like Alexis Montecinos, Ph.D., a visiting professor of analytics and finance at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Alejandro Inzunza, an MIT Master of Business Administration, gives us confidence that we are successfully advancing in digital transformation with the best tools to innovate and adapt in this ongoing process, says Atila Noronha, Chairman & CEO of G&N Brands.
As a company, we are proud of the significant step we have taken towards digital transformation. In 2023, we launched our apps, enhancing the experience for our customers, employees, and franchisees by offering features like skipping the line and maximizing our delivery operations. Additionally, through our partnership with Buk, we made significant strides in the Human Resources area, soon to introduce a continuous learning environment for our own stores and franchisees. We also underwent a thorough website overhaul, among other initiatives.
